Bonnie Brae neighborhood in Denver is south of Belcaro and east of Wash Park is one of Denver's most charming areas to live. It is bordered by S University Blvd, E Exposition Ave, S Steele St, and E Mississippie Ave. Residents enjoy easy access to I-25 and the Cherry Creek North shopping district. The neighborhood was developed in the 1920s with the intention of creating the aesthetic feeling of a Scottish village. The center of the neighborhood is the ellipsis shaped park. Most of the homes east of the park were built post-World War II. Visit the Bonnie Brae community website for more resources.
